Glad the new season is finally here. Highlights were Biko's knife and bone piercing, Clay's fishing rod and that shelter Tim built. Also wild that in the first episode contestants had encounters with Grizzlies and a mountain lion. Clay is definitely a favorite so far. He's got that calm, methodical energy that reminds me of Jordan.

Watching season 8 is my first experience with this show. That being said, I do have certain opinions about some of the cast. I knew Clay won going into this because his YT channel came up on my recommended with spoilers AF. I can appreciate his skills, but he puts me off - makes me feel some sort of way about him.Looks like the defecation is hitting the ventilation device now. Gonna be fun to see how strategies change with success/failure on the gill net front. Looks like Theresa and Biko are resigning themselves to a vegetarian diet, while Clay has jerky, and Colter is completely dependent on his boat. Colter's a weird dude.
